Sales Coordinator

PayJunction is seeking a sales coordinator to support our national sales directors and tackle the day-to-day tasks of managing our outside sales program. We are looking for a driven individual who is calm, cool and collected no matter the situation, isn’t afraid to be assertive and is eager to work in a demanding, fast-paced environment. Our sales team fosters long-term relationships with honest billing practices and efficient, green technologies that help businesses process payments better, and our ideal candidate is excited to help us do this.

This is a part-time, in-house position at our headquarters in sunny Santa Barbara!

Primary Responsibilities

  • Assist in coordination of our national sales team 
  • Manage collection of missing documents for merchant applications 
  • Ensure customer success with overflow phone support 
  • Track data for & execute Sprint meetings for sales directors 
  • Offer support to other departments with project-based work 
  • Help maintain electronic calendars and schedules 
  • Develop, edit, and proofread memos, documents and communications
  • Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: scanning, faxing, mailing, filing
