PayJunction is seeking a Sales Operations Coordinator to handle operational and data tasks for our sales team. This person will work closely with our Sales Operations Administrator to complete data projects in Salesforce. They will also communicate announcements and metrics to the Inside Sales team. Documentation and tracking of new procedures and their adoption will be another priority for this role. We are looking for someone who is organized, data-driven, and has excellent communication skills.

  • Regularly manage data input on Opportunities, Accounts, Contacts & Leads in Salesforce.
  • Handle general Salesforce data hygiene and maintain data integrity. 
  • Assist Sales Operations Administrator with data projects in various systems (Salesforce, internal CRM, etc.). 
  • Track and improve sales team members’ adoption of new procedures. 
  • Maintain proper documentation and organization within our systems while keeping sensitive data secure.
  • Increase communication and transparency between sales operations and other departments. 
  • Collaborate well with sales, risk & underwriting, and sales operation teams.


  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years coordination experience, including:  
    • Experience being customer-facing 
    • Experience handling administrative responsibilities (e.g. learning new software systems and overall technological literacy) 
  • 6+ months experience using Salesforce
    • Accounts, Opportunities, Contacts, Leads Usage 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail 
  • Persuasive and evidence-based communicator who is comfortable saying “no” when necessary and explaining the “why” behind it
  • Experience successfully managing multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
  • Experience with Google Suite products and Mac operating systems preferred
  • Experience with Confluence products (Wiki, Jira) and Zoom is a plus
