Demand Generation Manager


PayJunction is seeking a demand generation manager who will be responsible for marketing programs that capture, engage, nurture and convert leads across multiple channels to drive new pipeline opportunities. This person will develop and implement marketing campaigns across paid, earned, and owned channels, including SEM, SEO, email, retargeting, landing pages and other paid/non-paid programs to support the buyer's journey.

Job Duties:

  • Develop, manage, execute and optimize omni-channel campaigns to meet pipeline and revenue targets across all stages of the marketing funnel. Bring new ideas and best practices to go-to-market planning.
  • Monitor and report on critical website KPIs, and develop and manage plans to test and grow website traffic and lead conversion rates.
  • Set up A/B tests that provide consistent learning on top performing channels, messaging, and offers by buyer stage to optimize campaigns.
  • Work closely with sales to monitor and drive timely and effective lead follow-up to ensure high rates of conversion.
  • Participate in creating nurture programs to improve conversion rates from leads to opportunities.
  • Work with the sales teams to inform of upcoming campaigns, and gather feedback for campaign optimizations.
  • Help with vendor selection and contracts as needed.

  • 2-4 years experience creating and executing effective B2B marketing campaigns.
  • Proven track record of building, optimizing and scaling campaigns to meet or exceed goals.
  • Expertise in digital marketing channels such as PPC, webinars, email marketing, SEO, SEM.
  • Expertise in Google Analytics plus working knowledge of HubSpot (or a comparable marketing automation software) and Salesforce.
  • Experience working with vendors and agencies on creative and technology.
  • Digitally savvy, self-starter, who is highly organized and capable of project planning.
  • Saas marketing experience is a plus
  • Copywriting skills and ability to adapt messaging to buyer stage, persona, and industry is a plus.
