Sales Coordinator

PayJunction is seeking a sales coordinator to coordinate operational process for our inside sales team consisting of account executives and sales development representatives. We are looking for a driven individual who is calm, cool and collected no matter the situation, isn’t afraid to be assertive and is eager to work in a demanding, fast-paced environment. Our sales team fosters long-term relationships with honest billing practices and efficient, green technologies that help businesses process payments better, and our ideal candidate is excited to help us do this.

This is a full-time, in-house position at our headquarters in sunny Santa Barbara!

Responsibilities:

  • Answering and screening inbound phone calls for two office locations.
  • Directly manage the new merchant application process including; processing new applications, following up with merchants by phone and email to collect missing financial information, quality assurance on accuracy and completion, facilitating cross functional communication amongst sales, customer success and our underwriting departments, deal auditing within Salesforce.com.  
  • Manage inbound lead assignment from phone, web and email channels.
  • Collaborate with our Customer Success team for the successful onboarding of new merchants.
  • Coordinating weekly SCRUM meetings for all business development pods
  • Assist in the monthly commissions calculation process.
  • Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: scanning, faxing, mailing, filing

Qualifications:

  • Excellent phone etiquette
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Demonstrated experience in successful conflict resolution
  • Highly organized
  • Ability to multitask in a deadline driven environment
  • 1+ years experience in a customer service, administrative assistant, or sales/marketing role
