As financial controller, you will be the unifying force behind PayJunction's financial strategy and execution. You will be responsible for overseeing and directing all finance management and accounting related functions for PayJunction. This role is broad, hands-on, challenging and highly rewarding for the successful individual. The best candidates will be able to automate much of the bookkeeping and traditional accounting work, and also analyze the company's finances through a strategic lens. We are looking for an individual who can provide direction and advise on best practices as we continue to grow our business. This is an important and strategic role within the company and our expectations are equally high.
This is a full-time, in house position at our headquarters in Santa Barbara, CA.
