Office Cleaner (part-time)

PayJunction is seeking a part-time office cleaner to keep our offices squeaky clean. This individual will be responsible for caring for and ensuring the highest quality clean at two office locations in downtown Santa Barbara. If you love the satisfaction of a deep clean, making sure everything is in its place, and helping our team stay organized and on track, then PayJunction is the right place for you! This is a part-time position, starting at 10 hours per week. Our ideal candidate will be available to work either before or after regular business hours, and must have availability to work Friday afternoons or evenings.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Go above and beyond in keeping our two offices thoroughly clean, not just sweeping over the surface but detailed cleaning - i.e. wiping down walls, baseboards, doors, etc.
  • Ensure that carpeted and hardwood floors, counters, game room and rooftop deck constantly look presentable.
  • Thoroughly clean kitchen space.
  • Loading and unloading dishwasher.
  • Tidy up lobby and waiting areas.
  • Clean conference rooms.
  • Empty and take out trash, water plants.
  • Restock restrooms as needed and maintain restroom cleanliness
  • Professionally represent our company at both office locations.
  • Help out with other tasks as needed.


Skills & Requirements:

  • The ideal candidate will have at least one year of office cleaning or janitorial experience.
  • Have a desire to maintain a constantly clean facility.
  • Willing to split time at both office locations.
  • High attention to detail in both cleaning and organizing.
  • Energetic with a positive and professional attitude.
  • Ability and willingness to take initiative and get the job done with minimal direction.
