PayJunction is seeking a talented and experienced Director of Sales to scale our sales department. This person will lead the sales team and report directly to the President of the company. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated fin-tech sales professional with proven leadership and managerial experience who can demonstrate sustained success in sales. This position will be responsible for achieving LTV/CAC goals as well as managing department planning, organization and growth. They will have a seat at the table during strategic planning sessions for the company.
The Director of Sales duties will include scaling and motivating the sales team, developing referral partnership channels, and designing and implementing strategic sales plans with an eye on cost control and competitive trends. In addition to being an excellent communicator, this person must also demonstrate exceptional negotiation and leadership skills while making data-driven decisions.
Our ideal candidate has experience developing technical partnerships that involve integration with REST APIs. They also have proven success leading Business Development Representatives in outbound prospecting and Account Executives in cultivating and closing deals.
All PayJunction employees are currently working remotely while our Santa Barbara and Minneapolis offices are closed due to Covid-19. Once it is safe to return to the office, this person can choose to work from our downtown Santa Barbara office or to remain full-time remote.
