Office Manager

 

PayJunction is currently seeking a self-motivated and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our growing organization.  At PayJunction we have a roll-up-your-sleeves and get-it-done mentality. This position is essential to managing and maintaining the day-to-day activities of the corporate and satellite office. The ideal candidate will be extremely tech savvy, proven success of working in a dynamic and diverse work environment, understand our engineering culture, see the value of using Confluence work tools, and is comfortable with the pace and structure of a SaaS organization.

This is a full time, in house position with full benefits.  Come work at our beautiful Santa Barbara headquarters!

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administration to the Corporate and Satellite offices.
  • Monitor and maintain the JIRA ticket system to ensure no ticket left behind.
  • Create, review, revise, and update procedures using company Wiki system.
  • Manage and monitor vendor services and billing.
  • Maintain facility security and badge systems.
  • Supply and resupply office products and amenities.
  • Maintain office calendars and schedules.
  • Manage facilities maintenance employees schedules, tasks, priorities.
  • Provide back-up assistance/coverage to front office team.
  • Source new vendors and pricing advantages/discounts for office supplies.
  • Act as corporate ambassador at company activities and events.
  • Assist with the planning and execution of company events.

Skills and Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail, highly organized, and a quick, curious learner
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrate proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability
  • Ability to confidently negotiate contracts and billing disputes to resolution
  • Master multi-tasking skills and the ability to juggle it all while keeping cool and composed
  • Adaptability and resourcefulness in a dynamic environment
  • Clear and clean driving record
  • The ability to read, write and communicate verbally in a professional manner
  • Minimum 2 years of progressive experience in an office leadership role.
