Sales Recruiter -part-time

PayJunction is a financial software company founded in 2000 by three UCSB computer science graduates. We are constantly blazing new trails in our industry, and are looking for bright individuals to continue our growth. The sales recruiter position is ideal for someone looking for a flexible schedule. We work around your schedule and offer competitive pay for those seeking experience in a unique corporate environment. We provide complete training for this position, so no experience is required.

This job is not for the faint of heart. We like to live by the "work hard, play hard" mentality, but if you can't handle the first half of that phrase, then this isn't the place for you.

This is a part-time position at our headquarters in downtown Santa Barbara!

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Source, assess and select candidates for sales positions
  • Conduct a high volume of daily phone prescreens
  • Provide appropriate feedback and recommendations throughout the acquisition process
  • Track day-to-day sourcing activity in applicant tracking system
  • Advocate and professionally represent our company
